Internship HR Business Partner
Support the EMEA HRBP team to ensure an effective and efficient delivery of HR strategy, programs, services. This role will report to one of the Regional HRBPs and will be responsible to deliver HR support to specific HR projects and programs in EMEA.
Main Accountabilities:
- Closely work together with the HR Business Partners and support them in translating business needs into local HR action plans as well as deliveries
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise (CoE) on specific HR projects

Required education, experience and competencies:
Education:
Last year student in industrial psychology or human resources management
Competencies:
- Possesses integrity and trust, ethics and values and a drive for result
- Able to set priorities, excellent organizing, planning and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Listening qualities
