As part of our amazing Talent Acquisition team, you will explore:

• Innovative Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement creative strategies to attract top talent.
• Candidate Screening: Assist in screening candidates to find the perfect fit for our roles.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.
• Job Announcements: Support the creation of compelling job announcements that attract diverse applicants.
• Onboarding: Help improve our onboarding process, making sure new hires feel welcomed and ready to succeed.
• Campus Recruitment: Represent Barco at job fairs and university events, engaging with future talent.
• Collaborate on projects with the global talent acquisition team.

Requirements:

• Field of Study: Currently studying Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Availability: Onsite internship of at least 3 months at Barco’s headquarters in Kortrijk.
• Skills: Strong communication and writing skills, a passion for fostering an inclusive workplace, and a knack for innovative thinking.
• Team Player: Enjoy working in a collaborative environment and committed to learning and growth.
