Join our dynamic and international Talent team at Barco, where we play a key role in shaping an inclusive and positive employee experience throughout every stage of their journey with us. As part of our team, you’ll participate in a variety of activities that cover the entire employee lifecycle: from recruitment to onboarding, learning & development, and building a vibrant workplace culture. You’ll also get the opportunity to contribute to our HR communication initiatives. If interested, we can also let you explore other fields within HR, like HR Information Systems/Digitalization, Reward/Compensation & Benefits or the role of an HR Business Partner. 

What you’ll do in the HR Talent team: 

  • Design and Deliver Training: Develop and organize engaging training sessions that support the growth and performance of employees and managers alike. 

  • Create Informative Articles: Write & review articles to help all employees navigate HR topics and enhance their understanding of our processes. 

  • Write People Communications: Support the creation of inclusive and engaging communications to guide everyone at Barco throughout their employee journey.  

  • Support Recruitment Efforts: Assist in recruitment by screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting writing job announcements. You’ll help create an inclusive and positive experience for all applicants. 

  • Coordinate Onboarding: Play a key role in our continuous process of improving our onboarding experience, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and set up for success from day one. 

  • Participate in Job Fairs and Campus Recruitment: Represent Barco at job fairs and university events (if happening during your time at Barco) and help with our campus recruitment efforts to engage with future talent. 

Requirements: 

  • You are currently studying Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field. 

  • You are available for an internship of at least 2 months, based in our headquarters at Kortrijk. 

  • You have strong communication and writing skills, and a passion for fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace. 

  • You are eager to share your fresh perspectives and innovative ideas. 

  • You enjoy working in a team-oriented environment and are committed to learning. 

  • You must be able to work at our HQ in Kortrijk.
