Junior Supply Chain Business Partner
 
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Support the supply chain business partners in day-to-day coordination with product, procurement, planning and operations teams.
  • Assist with data collection, reporting and analysis to help monitor supply chain performance (e.g. lead times, inventory levels, delivery schedules)
  • Help track and follow up on supply chain actions related to product launches, changes and lifecycle transitions
  • Maintain accurate documentation of supply chain processes, timelines and supplier communications
  • Participate and contribute to continuous improvements initiatives
  • Assist in preparing presentations, status updates and reports for cross-functional meetings
  • Work with internal stakeholders to gather and validate inputs for demand and supply planning activities
  • Learn and use ERP and supply chain systems to support operational processes

 

Profile requirements

 

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience is not required — we value motivation and willingness to grow
  • Strong affinity with data management (approx. 90% of the role)
  • Proficient in ERP systems, with hands-on experience in SAP
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and data tools
  • Analytical thinker with a structured and detail-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Willing to work from the Kortrijk office at least 3 days per week
  • Motivated to grow within the role and take on more responsibility over time
