Are you an experienced, digital and tech savvy marketeer? Do you get energy from managing the ’behind the screen’ of Marketing Technology and from turning business requirements and processes into technical solutions? As a member of the Global marketing team, you will be part of the Digital Campaign Center team. You will work closely with the marketing teams, the Digital Solutions team and the Business Units to design and implement digital marketing solutions that enable marketing teams to be more efficient, help to improve business performance and create overall business value.


Key responsibilities:

•    You serve as the super-user and first point of contact of the marketing technology platforms and ecosystems
•    You define, develop and maintain key processes, workflows and architecture documentation to facilitate governance 
•    You monitor data quality, govern data collection to maintain a healthy marketing automation database
•    You support systems integration to create an automated and streamlined marketing stack
•    As a member of a cross-functional working team, you contribute to the CRM integration from marketing point of view
•    You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of marketing technology such as monitoring, testing and bug fixing
•    You investigate and implement new marketing technology platforms and ensure marketing technology is being utilized to its full potential
•    You secure user adoption by setting up relevant trainings and sharing tips and best practices 
•    Together with the marketing teams you design, develop, and execute marketing flows and programs that help them meet their business goals
•    You ensure that marketing technology systems are compliant with the latest government regulations such as GDPR, E-privacy and company policies



•    You have a Master degree and min 3 years of digital marketing, marketing technology or business operations experience 
•    You can demonstrate a strong business acumen, combined with a customer- and market driven orientation
•    Strong understanding of MarTech and CRM solutions, understanding of workflows, APIs, access management, HTML and JavaScript skills are a must (preferred solutions Marketo, Salesforce, Sitecore, Qualtrics, Zapier, Google Analytics, GTM) 
•    Project management skills and strong attention to details 
•    You are flexible and a cross-functional team player 
•    You have excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
