Position Overview: The R&D Manager will lead and oversee the research and development team in the optical and mechanal domain, driving innovation and ensuring the successful execution of R&D projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to translate research into practical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the optical and mechanical R&D team in the development of new products, processes, and technologies.
  • Develop and implement R&D strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and marketing to integrate R&D efforts with business objectives.
  • Manage the R&D budget, resources, and equipment to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to drive innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory medical standards and internal policies in all R&D activities.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a mechanics and optics.
  • Minimum of [10] years of experience in R&D
