We are looking for a temporary Depot Repair Administrator to fortify the ranks of our Depot Repair ENT/ENP team in Kortrijk.
Key Responsibilities
- As right hand of the team lead, you will be responsible for the main administrative tasks within the department;
- You use the system to schedule and plan the workload of the team members;
- You actively follow up on service inventories, create work orders and assign them to team members;
- You request RMA’s from suppliers and other Barco entities to ensure a good and timely third party flow;
- You have knowledge of the E2E processes and flows used by Depot Repair (and service in general);
- You provide support and share acquired knowledge with your team members.
Qualifications
- You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience;
- You have profound knowledge of our ERP system (SAP-CRM/ECC) or are a fast learner when it comes to IT systems;
- You have strong administrative, organizational & problem solving skills;
- You are proactive, result & detail oriented;
- You communicate well with others and are capable of steering people towards the correct targets;
- Thorough knowledge of the Dutch and English language is a must;
- Last but not least, you are stress resistant and can handle unforeseen issues or requests.
