As a Software Development Team Lead within Barco's Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging business unit, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting your team across various software development projects. You will be responsible for fostering the growth of your team, implementing standardized ways of working, and ensuring the quality and timely release of components under your team’s responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Release Management: Manage the release process, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of software components.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in software development and team leadership.
• Methodologies & Best Practices: Strong understanding of software development methodologies and industry best practices.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project Management: Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Quality Assurance: Experience with quality assurance and release management processes.
