Digital Workplace & Collaboration Architect
We are looking for an experienced Digital Workplace & Collaboration Architect to join our Infrastructure & Operations team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in shaping and supporting the company’s digital workplace and mobile first environment, focusing on Office 365, Intune, and identity management systems. You will work at the Kortrijk HQ and collaborate closely with the enterprise architecture team, driving innovation, efficiency, and growth through technology solutions.

 

Role and Responsibilities:
Join the Infrastructure & Operations team responsible for managing and supporting Digital Workplace and Collaboration tools, including:

  • Office 365 (Email, MS Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Intune (software deployment, Autopatch, mobile devices (iOS, Android), Windows 10/11 PC, and Cloud PC management)
  • Entra ID and on-prem AD management

 

Main Accountabilities:

  • Design and deploy/implement solutions within the respective technology stack/ application 
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and the team, and take shared responsibility of the overall work that the team has committed to, by bringing in expertise and knowledge 
  • Improve the team’s way of working, both in technical and non-technical aspects, in line with the strategic and architecture vision 
  • Resolve escalated L2/L3 issues according to the SLAs 
  • Steer and support the team 
  • Have an outside-in view and bring forward new ideas, technologies and concepts, which can help the product roadmap and the teams in line with the strategic and architecture vision 

 

Technological Skills - Must Have:

  • Microsoft Office 365, Defender, Intune, Windows 365 Cloud PC, Entra ID, Microsoft AD
  • Windows client OS, Linux/Windows server basics

 

Technological Skills - Nice to Have:

  • Microsoft Azure CAF, Sentinel, Networking (LAN/WAN), Windows server management

 

Education:

  • Master's in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent)

 

Experience:

  • 5+ years relevant experience

 

Competencies:

  • Decision-making with incomplete info, strong communication, project management, critical thinking, and collaboration in a global setting.
