Talent Acquisition Manager

We create and communicate an attractive, distinctive and authentic employer image to the candidate market and look for new ways of reaching our potential employees. The Talent Acquisition team is part of the HR Center of Expertise Talent, where we team up with the Talent Development team to support the full employee lifecycle experience: from hiring, through onboarding and developing, whilst engaging our teams. In your role as Talent Acquisition Manager, you will partner closely with the business to understand what skills are indispensable for Barco’s future growth roadmap and to ensure we attract these skills in the teams. You will also be in the lead to facilitate internal mobility and stimulate internal moves within Barco. This role reports into the Global Head of Talent.

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be able to leverage on a highly experienced team of  Talent Acquisition Partners, spread throughout the globe, which you will manage, coach and develop within the company. You will be yourself actively involved in the recruitment process for various key recruitment requests in the business. You will codesign and implement the global recruitment strategy and provide insights to improve recruitment performance. Next to that, you will get the opportunity to lead and/or participate in some key HR projects that drive our HR strategic roadmap.
