About the job

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of the Center of Expertise Talent Acquisition which supports the sourcing, attraction, selection and hiring of the right talents in Barco.

• More specifically, you will be the contact person for the hiring managers and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a good candidate experience when joining the company.
• You will be responsible for the attraction of interns and collaboration with schools and universities.
• You will work in an end-to-end recruitment role for hiring blue collars.
• You will be part of the Employer Branding project team and join forces to radiate an authentic and attractive image to the outside talent market.
• Next to that, you will get the opportunity to participate in some key HR projects and processes that drive our HR strategic roadmap such as Internal Mobility.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a recent graduate with a passion for people, who is eager to learn and take the first steps in his/her career here at Barco.
• Ability to communicate in English and Dutch fluently speaking candidates and stakeholders.
• Passion for recruitment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Very strong communication and people management skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
