Territory Sales Manager

Within this dynamic and fast‑evolving environment, we are looking for a Territory Sales Manager who can strengthen our network, drive sales growth, and act as a trusted partner.

 

Required Competencies

  • Achieve individual sales targets for Barco products.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers in the market. Act as the single point of contact for these partners, develop business plans including performance targets and investment needs, and review progress during quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Activate existing resellers according to the target plan and collaborate closely with the Barco Account Manager. Take ownership of partner support and commercial opportunities.
  • Provide partners with technical and sales expertise to support accurate product specification.
  • Proactively deliver product training and updates to designated channel partners.
  • Support lead generation through trade shows, demonstrations, sales floor activities, and other engagement initiatives.
  • Manage the lead distribution process towards partners.
  • Promote the Barco brand and ensure positive visibility in the region to strengthen market positioning.
  • Follow up on leads identified by Business Development or consultants; analyze customer needs and provide the appropriate value proposition. Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all sales opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Provide a consolidated and meaningful monthly sales forecast from partner regions, in line with Barco’s financial forecasting methodology.
  • Monitor technology trends and market dynamics, and share relevant market intelligence with Sales Management and Segment Marketing.


Required Education, Experience & Competencies


Education

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • 5–7 years of proven sales experience in a related industry or relevant technologies.

Language Knowledge

  • Strong professional proficiency in English, Dutch, and French

People Management & Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to build credibility with client stakeholders.
  • Able to work effectively across organizational levels and international boundaries.

Result Orientation

  • Passion for identifying and developing new opportunities with end customers and contacts at various levels within target accounts.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and excellent relationship‑building skills.
