Web UX designer

As a Web UX Designer, you create delightful and compelling designs and experiences for users of our website. You will work closely with colleagues from marketing, designers, and developers to ensure seamless web/mobile design and the successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles. You have a solid understanding of website user behaviour, graphic design, web technologies, and of wireframing tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. You report to the Web Experience Lead.

Your responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements together with the team. You prepare and present design ideas to the key stakeholders 
• Manage the information architecture for the website and develop wireframes, prototypes and designs that clearly illustrate how web components will function and look like, consistent and adhering to branding standards.
• Deliver work that is not only user-friendly, aesthetically engaging, but which also produces results and contributes to the business
• Interpret user behaviour data and qualitative feedback to optimize and create user storie and storyboards.
• Collaborate on Conversion Rate Optimization initiatives together with the performance marketing colleagues (AB tests, user research)

Your Profile

• Schooled in a related field with a bachelor degree (Design, UX, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Digital Marketing etc.) or you have relevant experience
• Experienced (3y+) with UX design, interaction designer, information architect, or similar area.
• Solid understanding of online user behaviour and expertise in standard UX software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, InVision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate ideas to developers and to key stakeholders 
• You are a teamplayer, you work closely together in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and directly with developers for implementation of designs.
