Commercial Services Coordinator

We're Hiring: Commercial Services Coordinator !

We’re looking for a Commercial Services Coordinator to join our commercial service team in Madrid and play a key role in managing service contracts and supporting our service contract operations.  

As a key member of our Commercial Services team, you will: 

·        Accurately register maintenance contracts in our systems and ensure timely annual invoicing.

·        Identify and follow up on service contract renewal opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Customer Care.

·        Create maintenance quotes using pricing tools, generate standard contract documents, and share proposals with partners and customers while maintaining accurate records of all related calculations and files.

·        Contribute to the creation and maintenance of work instructions and workflows, and support testing of new tools and service offerings.

What We’re Looking For

·        A Bachelor degree or higher.

·        Fluency in Spanish and English - knowledge of Italian and/or French is a plus

·        You work well in collaborative environments and enjoy partnering with colleagues across different teams.

·        Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong administrative and commercial skills

• Customer service orientation
• Communication skills: Verbal and written communication
• CRM and ERP Systems: Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, SAP, …
