Global Technology Engineer - technical support Cinema

  • Join our Service team and help us provide a true “red carpet” experience for cinema customers worldwide.
  • As a Global Technology Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and resolving technical challenges with professionalism and care.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Provide first-class support to cinema customers and partners via our Service Desk, projecting a professional image in all phone and email interactions.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues remotely for customers, technicians, and partners.
  • Investigate and resolve logged cases in line with SLA commitments.
  • Manage and respond to customer cases through our CRM system.
  • Create and process parts orders to ensure timely delivery of replacement components.
  • Collaborate with your team members and supervisor to diagnose complex issues.
  • Escalate issues when necessary to guarantee fast and effective resolution.
  • Monitor customer configurations proactively to prevent potential issues.

  • Have a keen eye for detail in everything you do.

 

Your Experience

If you bring the following, we’d love to talk:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Bonus points for experience with:
    • Electronics troubleshooting
    • Video equipment (e.g., projectors)
    • Network configuration
    • Salesforce CRM
    • Installing or repairing cinema or AV projection equipment
    • Certified Technology Specialist for cinema equipment
