  • Prospect, identify and develop new sales opportunities at end customers in close cooperation with the BDM team. 
  • Manage and expand the reseller Network in the assigned market for Barco. (management/on boarding/… in line with the Connect framework) 
  • Enable existing partners for his specific area in close relation with the account managers.
  • Support the assigned partners with technical / sales expertise on the Barco range aiding specification of our products.  
  • Analyse sales data and metrics. Measure and evaluate your sales performance using key sales KPIs such as revenue, quota attainment, win rate, customer satisfaction, etc. Use your sales data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help you improve your sales processes, strategies, and decisions.
  • Proactively deliver product training / updates to assigned partners.   
  • Support lead generation via Shows/ Demonstrations/ sales floor engagement etc 
  • Manage process of lead distribution to Channel Partners. 
  • Market the company, ensuring that the organisation receives positive exposure to enhance the brand image in the region. 
  • Following up on leads identified at end customer level by the Business development team or coming from the consultant team: Analyse the customers’ needs and provide the appropriate value proposition in return. Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded. 
  • Keep up to date all sales opportunities in the company's CRM system. Review your sales pipeline and forecast. Have a clear visibility of your sales pipeline and forecast to identify any gaps, risks, or opportunities.
  • Provide and achieve meaningful consolidated sell in forecast from Partners’ Regions on a monthly base as per Barco financial forecasting methodology.
  • Develop and execute key account plans. Identify and nurture key accounts that generate the most revenue or have the most potential for growth. Develop and execute key account plans that outline the strategies, tactics, and actions to retain and expand these accounts.
  • Monitor technology and market factors and provide market intelligence to Sales management and Segment marketing.
