About the Role

•    Collaborate with product managers, product owners and architects to design and develop world class customer experience and collaboration workflow
•    Define robust, future proof, scalable, secure, reusable, reliable design and architecture for SAAS based products for Meeting experience business
•    Monitor current and future technology trends and make recommendations of solutions and standards that meet the business needs and drives improvements
•    Mentor and guide team members technically to produce high quality product
•    Be responsible to deliver a quality product release
 
Experience and qualification

•    B.Tech. / B.E. / M.E. / M.Tech. in Computer Science or related field
•    15 years of full stack development experience, 4+ years of relevant experience as defining the architecture of SAAS based products 
•    A demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, customer experience, product, and technical challenges. Creative and able to generate process improvements and product ideas.
•    Well versed with cloud technologies containers, Kubernetes, NodeJs, Angular, ReactJS, DevOps, Python, CI/CD, AI, ML
•    Good experience in designing cloud native, scalable SAAS products with microservices based architecture, for 1M active user base on AWS or Azure cloud
•    Experience in dealing with ambiguity while leading several initiative and projects at once
•    Experience in designing, supporting reusable and maintainable API’s and services
•    Working experience with SQL and NoSQL (mongo, cosmos, cassandra) databases
•    Experience in one or more of the following domains: Data Analytics, AI, ML, Digital assistant
•    Ability to lead conversation in a room with architects, designers, developers, product managers and product owners
•    Ability to inspire people at all levels to follow your technical vision
•    Ability to inspire development teams towards design and architecture and implement it together with them
•    Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
