About Role
Digital Marketing Specialist, APAC Location: Noida
 

Description:
As Digital Marketing Specialist you are responsible for implementing and executing regional digital marketing communications activities as part of a regional integrated marketing communication plan aligned to Corporate Marketing. With specific focus on the requirements of regional campaign planning and execution, supporting the development and use of websites in the region and the tailoring of lead generation campaigns, the Digital Marketing Specialist will support Marketing Communications in implementing the appropriate digital channels for campaign execution.
The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with Corporate Marketing, and with key stakeholders including Regional Segment and Field Marketing to adapt and localize campaign content suitable for selected channels and appropriate regional audiences, based on performance, and ensure the measurement and return of regional marketing spend.
The candidate will also manage digital marketing operations projects, defines new and existing processes, and provides day-to-day measurement of marketing operations performance to support the regional marketing team. This role reports to the Director of Field Marketing in APAC.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
•    Strategizing, designing, and activating the complete roadmap of digital marketing communication including tactics across digital media and omni-channels (social media, search engine, display ads, content syndications, marketing automation etc.) aligned to the buyers’ journey to support business requirements and the regional execution of marketing initiatives including product launches, segment, and product level campaigns to drive demand
•    Working in collaboration with Corporate Marketing, ensure that customer facing websites are kept up-to-date and continuously refreshed, leveraging as much existing global content as possible
•    Measuring the effectiveness of regional websites and campaign landing pages, identifying and implementing improvement actions, with support from Corporate Marketing for metrics analytics
•    Project managing in close collaboration with Regional Segment and Field Marketing, regional and local agencies, leveraging global campaigns when appropriate
•    Campaign implementation including setting up marketing automation platform, tools, website (Marketo, ICapture, Aventri, SiteCore etc.), and database extractions (SAP, Marketo); managing art, translations and copywriting professionals (outsourcing where needed)
•    Working with Segment Marketing to develop differentiated customer experiences appropriate for the customer segmentation / personas
•    Working to improving the conversion process between enquiries to marketing qualified leads - MAL to MQL conversion process – and developing and executing future account-based marketing activities as required in the region
•    Coordinating regional digital events, using global tools where possible or available
•    Supporting the regional campaign landing pages with content updates and developments
•    Collaborate with external agencies to prepare and execute campaigns
•    Database ownership for the region by working closely with Regional Segment and Field Marketing on contacts acquisition as part of campaign strategy and implementation and partnering closely with Corporate Marketing to ensure contacts quality, completeness and efficiency.
•    End to end budget management for all digital campaigns to ensure maximum outcomes and desired results within the allocated budget
•    Ensure regional ROI governance & best practice sharing

 

Preferred Skills and Experience

Education - Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent (ideally in marketing, marketing communications,
digital marketing)

Experience
•    +5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing including search engine, social media, and content marketing with comprehensive understanding of content and digital marketing across multiple mediums
•    Proven track record of building digital marketing foundations, process, and campaigns.
•    Experience in a variety of analysis; with a business relevancy mind-set to grow the business

Skills:
•    Strong coordination and project management skills
•    Good communicator and solution oriented
•    Good analytical, organization and time management skills
•    Act as strategic partner and internal digital marketing subject matter expert
•    Digital marketing agency background is a plus but not mandatory
•    Excellent in excel

Knowledge:
•    Different digital marketing platforms (marketing automation, lead capturing, content management systems, event management, …)
•    Experience with marketing automation tools - e.g. Marketo, and digital marketing reporting tool eg. Google Analytics
•    Deep understanding & experience with various ad platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, AdWords etc
•    Hands on experience managing the webinar & virtual event platform is a must - eg. Cisco WebEx Events, Microsoft Teams Live Events, GoToWebinar, On24
