About the R&D Team
Our R&D team is a multidisciplinary engineering group comprising Electronics, Mechanical, and Optics engineers focused on the development of advanced LED Tile Display solutions.

The team is responsible for the complete product development lifecycle, including:
Electronics Design: Power architecture, LED driving circuits, signal processing, control systems, FPGA/embedded solutions, EMC/ESD compliance, and reliability engineering.
Mechanical Design: Tile structure development, thermal management, manufacturability, installation mechanisms, environmental protection, and durability optimization.
Optical Engineering: Brightness and uniformity optimization, viewing angle performance, color calibration, contrast enhancement, light extraction efficiency, and visual quality assessment.
System Integration: Seamless integration of electronic, mechanical, and optical subsystems to deliver high-performance LED display products.
Innovation & Validation: Researching new technologies, prototyping, testing, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of product performance, reliability, and cost.

The team collaborates closely to transform innovative concepts into robust, scalable, and high-quality LED display solutions for commercial, industrial, and specialized display applications.

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Hardware Designer to join our R&D Team

Key Responsibilities

Configure LED driver ICs to achieve target display performance, including brightness, grayscale, color accuracy, and uniformity.
Optimize driver parameters such as current settings, PWM timing, scan configuration, gamma, and grayscale performance.
Evaluate image quality metrics including mura, flicker, ghosting, cross-talk, low grayscale performance, and refresh rate.
Support LED panel calibration, white balance, gamma correction, and color uniformity optimization.
Perform laboratory measurements using oscilloscopes, multimeters, colorimeters, spectrometers, and imaging systems.
Analyze electrical characteristics including power consumption, signal integrity, voltage, current, and thermal behavior.
Work closely with hardware, FPGA, firmware, and manufacturing teams to debug display issues.
Validate new LED driver ICs and recommend optimal configurations for different LED technologies (SMD, COB, Flip-chip, etc.).
Prepare technical documentation, configuration guidelines, and validation reports.
Support supplier interactions and troubleshooting during product development and manufacturing.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Master or Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering or equal by experience
Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals.
Good knowledge of LED display architecture and LED driver ICs.
Understanding of PWM, multiplexing, grayscale control, and constant-current drivers.
Knowledge of display calibration concepts including gamma, color temperature, white point, and luminance.
Experience with laboratory instruments such as oscilloscopes and power supplies.
Basic scripting or programming knowledge (Python, C/C++, or MATLAB) is desirable.
Experience with fine-pitch LED displays.
Knowledge of image quality optimization and calibration techniques.
Experience working with LED driver vendors and display manufacturers.
Ability to analyze electrical waveforms and troubleshoot hardware issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
