Sales Development Representative
What You’ll Be Doing
- Convert interest into opportunities : Qualify inbound leads, enrich them with insights, and turn them into sales-ready opportunities.
- Drive targeted outreach : Execute account-based campaigns, reach key stakeholders, and open doors in complex buying environments.
- Be the commercial connector: Align closely with sales, marketing, and channel partners to ensure smooth handovers and consistent follow-up.
- Own lead progression: Track assignments, follow trial programs, collect feedback, and maintain engagement until handover.
- Master Barco’s solutions: Build expertise across Enterprise, Entertainment, and Healthcare portfolios and translate solutions into customer value.
- Perform in a KPI-driven environment: Meet targets such as >90% first response within 48 hours and >20% MQL‑to‑Opportunity conversion.
Required competencies
- Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Bring 1–2 years in sales, marketing, or customer‑facing B2B roles.
- Are tech‑savvy and curious about complex solutions.
- Know your way around CRM tools, ideally Salesforce.
- Work proactively and independently within KPI frameworks.
- Put customers first and communicate with clarity and warmth.
- Are precise, organized, and eager to improve.
- Speak fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
