Marketing Data Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Data Analyst to join our digital marketing team.The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background with expertise in data analysis tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics. As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in interpreting marketing data to drive actionable insights and inform strategic decisions aimed at optimizing digital marketing campaigns and improving overall performance.

 

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

  • Utilize Adobe Analytics, Google Analytic and PowerBI to gather, visualize, analyze, and interpret marketing data related to website traffic, customer behaviour, campaign performance, and other key metrics.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights within the data to provide actionable recommendations for optimizing digital marketing strategies.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor the performance of B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Data Governance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by implementing best practices for data governance and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to address data issues and optimize data collection processes.

Audience Segmentation and Targeting:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to define audience segments and develop targeted marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Conduct demographic, behavioural, and psychographic analysis to identify and prioritize high-value B2B customer segments.

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Data Analyst or similar role in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and tag management platforms, particularly Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
