Paid Media Expert 

 

Wanted: an enthusiastic digitally savvy and business minded marketeer. 

As a Paid Media Expert you will responsible for managing and optimizing Paid Media campaigns to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions and improve the return on investment (ROI) for advertising efforts.  As a member of the Global Digital Marketing team, you will be based in Noida and report to the Digital Marketing Manager. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop paid media strategies to meet the business objectives, including traffic generation, lead acquisition, or brand awareness. 

  • Set up campaigns with appropriate budget allocation, bidding strategies, and targeting parameters. 

  • Optimize bid strategies, budgets and audience targeting to ensure maximum ROI and campaign efficiency. 

  • Track and monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC (cost per click), CPA (cost per acquisition), conversion rates, etc. 

  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement. 

  • Collaborate with the design and web development team to create high-converting landing pages that align with ad campaigns. 

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing and business objectives. 

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in media advertising. 

 

Your profile 

Education: a degree in Marketing, or a related field 

 

Experience: 

  • You have 1 or 2 years of digital marketing experience  

  • Experience in a marketing environment is a plus 

  • Experience in a variety of analysis; with a business relevancy mindset 

  • Thinks along on how to grow the business 

 

Skills: 

  • Strong coordination and project management skills 

  • Ability to generate creative solutions for advertising challenges and customer engagement. 

  • Accuracy in managing campaigns, bidding and tracking conversions is critical 

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues in campaigns, including poor performance or technical issues related to tracking or platform compliance.

  • Knowledge of CRO principles to optimize landing pages and ad content for better conversion performance. 

  • Knowledge of nurturing programs to maximize inflow with paid media campaigns. 

  • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles to ensure synergy between paid and organic search efforts.
