About the Role

As Sr. SDE for Python Automation in XMS squads you will: 

• Collaborate with Product managers, Product owner, Scrum team members to define test and automation strategy, release process
• Develop effective test strategies and test plans to ensure quality of ClickShare product portfolio
• Contribute to automation framework and automate test cases
• Understanding, driving, and optimizing testing and release processes for product
• Give assistance in case of field issues, reproduction and root cause analysis 
• Responsible for delivering a quality product release 
• Perform system, regression, and performance testing to ensure delivery of high-quality system 
• Learn from and guide team members technically to produce high quality products 
• Collaborate with teams across the globe

Preferred Skills and Experience:

We are seeking experience with the following technologies/domains:

• B.Tech. / B.E. / M.E. / M.Tech. in Computer Science/ Electronics Engineering 
• 4-7 years of overall test automation experience mainly using Python, Selenium
• Worked on Linux based products, systems
• Good experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, and DevOps practices 
• Experience in automation test development in cloud products 
• Experience in using Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms 
• Good understanding of release processes 
• Experience in creating test strategies and manual test execution 
• Experience of working with source code control tools like SVN, Git, Bitbucket 
• Team player, able to contribute to discussions involving product owners, architects, scrum team members 
• Self-motivated, driven, result oriented, autonomous worker, critical thinker, problem solver 
• Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
