Technical Product Owner- Fullstack

Barco Healthcare connects HC professionals at every patient touch point, from the imaging room, to radiology, through specialist consultations and in the surgical suite. . We offer a network of medical imaging solutions that deliver the complete picture to support more informed decisions, when and where it matters most.

Today, Barco Healthcare is looking for an experienced FullStack Teachnical PO  for one of its team in Healthcare Domain. 
As our FullStack Technical PO you will responsible for-
•    Colloborate with Product mangers/ Product Owners and business heads in various locations around the globe, to understand business needs and prioritize the backlog for scrum team in NOI.
•    Ensure quality and timely deliveries of features for product from NOI.
•    Work closely with scrum masters to define the release cadence, execute the cadence plan and make necessary product decisions to prioritize the value of delivered product.
•    Collaborate with security experts to ensure the product meets the defined security guidelines and plan the necessary security scans and audits as suggested by security experts.
•    Develop and deliver secure REST APIs in line with defined processes and policy (e.g. Peer review, test driven development, automated unit testing, coding standards and deployment process). 
•    Produce clear and concise documentation to support software applications 
•    Work closely with quality and release management teams to ensure that timely releases of the product are in compliance to all statuary and regulatory healthcare requirements and with Barco’s quality management system.


Experience & Qualifications
•    Overall 10+ years of experience, primarily Javascript (Frond End and backend both)
•    4 - 7 years of programming experience in Angular/Vue.js/React.js
•    3 - 5 years of experience in node.js and other backend web technologies. 
•    1 -3 years of relevant experience in different cloud technologies (ELK, AWS stack).


•    Strong knowledge of Javascript and Node.JS.
•    Experience with Microservices and web APIs
•    Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines for hosting fullstack application on Amazon cloud environment. (CodePipeline, ECR, CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy)
•    Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure (CloudFormation, Route53, VPC, ALB, ECS, EC2, S3, SQS, Cognito, IAM, CloudWatch, Aurora) 
•    Good experience with TDD frameworks (Mocha/Karma,JS-Must,SinonJS,PHantomJS)
•    Hands on experience developing and debugging Node.JS applications. 
•    CI/CD, working with feature branches, pull-requests.
•    Agile Development Methodology
•    Excellent proven analytical problem solving skills.
•    Self-motivated high performer and able to perform with minimal supervision, who can lead by example.
•    Experience to work with geographically distributed teams.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Excellent stakeholders management skills


•    Good knowledge of working on AWS stack.
•    Some experience with supporting  AI/ML based infrastructure on AWS stack.
