About the Job
The Territory Sales Manager, North is responsible for driving sales of Clickshare products, building relationships with customers and partners, and expanding market share within an assigned geographic territory. This role involves managing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical expertise on audio-visual (AV) products and solutions.
Position Overview
- Achieve sales targets with assigned territory.
- Prospect to build a healthy funnel and close deals with a high degree of autonomy
- Proficient demonstration skills inclusive of the Barco Clickshare products.
- Key Account Mapping & Management, maintaining contact & relationship with all key clients to ensure repeat business and cross/up selling
- Influencing buyers‘purchase decision with Consultative Sales approach & Product Evangelism
- Identifying, appointing, developing, training & starting business with new focused AV/SI partners or dealers.
- Conceptualize, initiate & execute "channel focused" marketing program to ensure partner loyalty
- Detailed Partner mapping & ensure mindshare & wallet share
- Complete assigned tasks and continuously track activity and opportunities in a customer relationship management (CRM) platform from discovery of lead to close of opportunity
- Initiate and drive net-new customer accounts/business growth through lead follow-up and relationship selling
- Inspire positive customer experiences, outcomes, product adoption, and high service responsiveness across the teams
- Present Barco value proposition – in clear – concise – scalable manner
- Strategically manage time, travel, expenses, and company resources
Requirements:
- Proven experience in AV sales, territory management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of AV products, solutions, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Team management skills
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Confident on Product Demonstration & Solution Articulation
- Aggressive, Assertive & Persuasive
- Ability to work calmly & deliver results under high pressure situation
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
- Candidates with experience in AV / ProAV domain is preferred
- Capability of closing deals with CXO’s
Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech + MBA Marketing / Equivalent (preferred) or, Graduate + MBA Marketing / Equivalent
