Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

We require a self-motivated individual to coordinate our warehouse and logistics movements.

 

Duties includes preparation of goods for deliveries, receiving goods, warehouse management, coordinating shipping with local, national and international freight companies. General warehouse duties required. The ideal applicant must be able to work well under pressure and have a high level of accuracy.

 

Experience in a similar position is essential to be considered for this role, experience in the AV industry is desirable although not essential as industry appropriate training will be provided.

 

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Generate and process inwards documents accurately
  • Organising and up keeping of warehouse
  • Maintain a safe working Environment at all times
  • Stock management and working closely with purchasing to ensure materials are available for Sales Orders and Safety Stock Levels
  • Perform Stocktaking and reporting
  • Organising RMA's 
     

Skills & Experience:

  • Current Forklift License
  • Driver’s license
  • Strong computer and communication skill
  • Positive and calm demeanor
  • Good work ethic who applies a ‘Can Do’ attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Please note applicants must be relatively fit as some heavy lifting is required
  • Communication skills; written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Familiar with MS outlook, excel, word.
