Barco Saronno plant is focused on the development, production and service of healthcare products, certified with Europe's new Medical Device Regulation.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Analyze the demand and consumption history and set Safety stock levels for each part and maintain the same periodically.
  • Continuously review and monitor spare part levels and ensure we have Optimum inventory levels in line with the Working capital.
  • Creates and maintains all material data for spare parts.
  • Provides part information to internal stakeholders: CSC teams, GTS teams, Inventory managers, Supply chain managers, Logistic buyers and MRP controllers.
  • Creates purchase requisitions and STO’s.
  • Aligns regularly with local Depot Repair regarding parts usage and with Warehouse regarding expediting and sourcing etc.
  • Assists in defining appropriate stock levels in SAP and confers with global service planners.
  • Implements changes in order priorities and analyses for the impact. As a result, implement the consensus planning.
  • Manages the lifecycle of the inventory and work with Serviceability managers for Last Time Buy and scrap actions.
  • Assists in reporting on KPI’s, open STO’s, inventory and local spare parts stock. Analyzes non-utilised spare part stock annually.

 

Qualifications:
 

  •  Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in similar role
  • In depth knowledge of ERP and MRP system Competencies (Must Have)
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Service and Customer oriented mindset
  • Team Player Competencies (Good to Have)
  • Prior work experience in supply chain
  • Knowledge of working in any analytical tools (Excel/Power BI/Tableau)
  • Prior experience in SFDC / CRM (Nice to Have)
  • Multicultural work experience
