DI Regional Sales Executive (North/South), HC China

Position Description

 

The position is to master Sales Executive in Barco China Healthcare Sales team to:

 

  1. Execute the sales plan by selling goods and services to customers;
  2. Realize personal sales targets by meeting customers, follow up on sales leads, making targeted cold calls;
  3. Analyze the customer needs and provide the appropriate value proposition in return;
  4. Provide quotations in line with applicable pricing and other related commercial terms;
  5. Negotiate contract terms and conditions in accordance with the guidelines and contract administration objectives;
  6. Keep up-to-date records in the company's CRM system;
  7. Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded;
  8. Interface and provide regular sales forecast and reports, and feedback on marketing and products / services to sales management;
  9. Prospect new business;
  10. Monitor technology and market factors and provide market intelligence to market management.

          

Education:

  • Bachelor/Master degree on related field.

 

Experience:

  • 5-8  years of proven sales experience in related industry/technology
