Engineer Mechanics

The Mechanical engineer will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical platforms, ensuring functionality, reliability, and compliance with medical standards. This role requires a blend of creative engineering solutions, analytical thinking, problem solving and collaboration with internal and external teams. Lead and create innovative mechanical designs for new platforms and new products. Bring the design concepts, verify and release within quality, timing and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with product manager to enhance product performance, manufacture efficiency and cost.
2. Stay strong connection with industry on new material, new process development, bring insights to business and implement in product design.
3. Lead initiative with engineers to work on mechanical technical challenges, from problem statement to solution implementation.
4. Coach and provide guidance to mechanical engineers on mechanical competence and key technology challenges.

Qualification:

1. bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field. Experience in display will be a plus.
2. 5+ years in hands-on mechanical design and development. Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials and manufacturing processes. Expert in certain mechanical domain will be a plus.
3. Proficiency in CAD software（CREO）, 2D/3D modeling, DFMEA, tolerance analysis, design for manufacturing.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and mentorship.
5. Ability to write and speak in English.
