Engineering Logistics Support

【研发物流专员 Engineering Logistic Support】

Barco Healthcare Suzhou branch is looking for a new colleague for the team of Engineering Logistic Support. In this job you will be part of the R&D project team and manage the logistic aspects of the project up to product release. Key Responsibilities:

1.  Set-up and maintain product master data, including Bill of Material generation, new component creation, and setting up characteristics in the ERP system.

2.  Process engineering changes and manage revisions.

3.  Order and follow-up R&D samples and prototype parts.

4.  Closely cooperate with procurement, supply chain, planning and operations.

5.  Arrange material shipments in project context.

6.  Follow-up the project logistics until production release.

7.  Organize the logistics project meeting, and report on task progress and execution.

 8.  Assist in managing obsolete components and second sources.

9.  Other tasks assigned by the team leader.

Qualification:

•  Bachelor Degree.

•  Min 5 years of logistics support experience or in SCM field or ERP document management. R&D support experience will be a plus. Competencies:

 •  Profound SAP experience.

•  Good technical, administrative, organizational & problem solving skills.

 •  Good communication skill.

•  Good English both in oral and writing. 

 •  Proactive, result & detail oriented.

•  Team work spirit and be able to multi-tasking & cooperate with colleagues world-wide.

•  Relevant or similar industry/product experience will be a plus.
