Responsible to support the organisation and the partners/customers with expert know-how on the Barco products through training, demo’s or the development of sales tools that support the conversations throughout the sales journey. As the liaison between Sales and Product Management/marketing, collect key customers and user insights and feed them back to the product base.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Define Healthcare product strategy and roadmap;
  2. Define product specifications;
  3. Commit (to customer) for non-standard product features;
  4. Assess and implement product life cycle initiatives;
  5. Prepare – together with Operations – operational process flow for products;
  6. Escalation level for technical and product related TnC’s/SOW (within CPI);
  7. Analyze and report product/technology trends;
  8. Be an expert with respect to competition;
  9. Assist in price setting to meet revenue and profitability goals (lead);
  10. Develop sales tools and collateral (product);
  11. Determine competitive product strategies;
  12. Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, Manufacturing and operations to develop and provide product definitions customer needs and market opportunities.

 

Education:

- Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education in fields of business, marketing, engineering or related field

 

Experience:

- 5 – 8 years of experience in related fields;

- In depth experience in product management or equivalent experience set;

- Must have a strong technical skill set in similar industry or technology;
