Quality Engineer

Location: 

Suzhou, CN

Responsible for quality management, monitor and continuous improve product performance.

  1. Involve in NPI, share process experience & knowhow to secure project launch on time with high quality;
  2. Production quality management planning & execution；
  3. Quality related documents establish & maintain (PFMEA/CP/IP/MSA/SPC…);
  4. Guide verification & validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ);
  5. MRB and nonconformity handling, lead root cause analysis and action identification, implementation and verification;
  6. Collect & analysis quality data to identify, analysis and take actions to reduce/remove the risk;
  7. Continuous improvement product quality performance;
  8. Inspection effectiveness & efficiency improvement;
  9. Change management;
  10. Complaint handling.
  11. Training OPS/QC to improve their quality awareness.
