Sales Support, Healthcare China

Position Description:

 

  1. Pre-sales: bidding document preparation and system data maintenance.
  2. Weekly sales tracking and work with sales team to ensure sales achievement.
  3. Data analysis and report generation, including but not limited to monthly and quarterly sales forecast report, dealer inventory report, sell-in, sell-out report and analysis, funnel analysis, business review report.
  4. Dealer management: support dealer introduction process, dealer management document maintenance, dealer contract (BPA) management, etc.
  5. Team document maintenance: team monthly report, dealer rebate record, meeting minute/action follow-up list, etc.
  6. Work with the relevant stakeholders to provide SIP/commission related supports.
  7. Work as a coordinator with different stakeholders to enable and improve sales process.
  8. Organize and support team meeting.
  9. Product marketing team support: product materials management and DEMO document maintenance.
  10. Team logistics: business related administration and team building activities.
  11. Other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

 

Qualification:

 

  1. University degree preferably in business studies.
  2. Minimum 2 years real front-line Sales Support or Sales Administration experiences at MNCs.
  3. Effective communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  4. Good analytical and organizational skills.
  5. Good commercial sense and number oriented.
  6. Real front-line sales support experience.
  7. Excellent excel, data analysis, chart, ppt skills.
