Key Responsibilities
- B to B sales executive (Business development Manager) for medical grade displays and video routing systems for surgical use.
- Promote state of the art Barco technology to major domestic partner companies (medical equipment manufacturers and system integrators) who mainly supply radiological imaging equipment, endoscopic systems, etc. and build win-win relationship.
- Business-level English proficiency is essential because it is necessary to feed back and discuss various requests from partner companies with the European/China product bases via remote meeting on a weekly basis in order for the project success.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize Barco reach and presence on the market.

主に放射線画像診断機器、内視鏡システム等を供給する国内大手パートナー企業(医療機器メーカー及びシステムインテグレーター)に高い技術を持つバルコ社製品採用を働きかけ、ウィンウインの関係を築き、業績を伸ばしていくことが主な業務となります。国内パートナー企業の様々な要望を欧州/中国の製品担当部門へ週次で遠隔会議を通じてフィードバックし、討議・プロジェクト成功のためのコーディネーションを行う必要がありますのでビジネスレベルの英語力は必須となります。
バルコヘルスケア事業の内、最低一つのセグメントマネージャーとしてチームをリードし当該セグメントの業績に責任を負っていただきます。
Requirements
- More than 10 years of Sales & Marketing experience, or exposed to customers as Sales engineer
- Having experience in leading a sales team as team leader and being responsible for the team performance
- Solid understanding and experience of working in the healthcare sector
- Having basic understanding on Endoscopy products or Radiology modalities, such as X-ray, CT, MRI and ultrasoud machines
- Good understanding on video distribution networking
- Experience of working in Audio visual industry or Hardware industry is preferred
- Able to work across organizational and national boundaries.
- Fluent in both English(TOEIC score 800 or better) and Japanese
