Logistics Specialist

Job Description:

This position encompasses both warehouse management, supply chain process and technical aspects of SAP logistics support. Experience in automotive company operations, logistics applications to provide support to SAP logistics modules is desired. This person will be the contact to all IT related needs of SAP logistics. Desire to learn new technologies, demonstrates advanced competency for trouble shooting and problem solving. Provides input to the development of key processes.

Key responsibilities:

1. Business requirements gathering and analysis of business issues. Leveraging global IT&BPE shared resources to address those needs how to apply in supply chain.
2. Implementation and ongoing support to SAP application in supply chain, especially on warehouse flow and logistics.
3. Responsible for the daily operation and optimization of the warehouse management system, continuously improving its quality and efficiency.
4. Responsible for key user’s collaboration and development such as regular meeting and training
5. Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to manage on-site operational environment   compliant to requests of EHS and SAP logistics process flow.
6. Work closely with business owners to deeply analyze and evaluate business requirements, provide proposals of improvement and optimization.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
2. 3+ years related work experience in SAP logistics with implementation in WH.
3. full-cycle ERP experience, SAP WM is must, other SAP modules are plus.
4. Good understanding of warehouse process.
5. Experience in systems analysis and problem solving.
6. Good English Oral communication Skill.
7. Project management experience is a plus.
8. Forklift driver's license is a plus.
