Function
Barco is seeking a qualified candidate with experience in defining and developing global campaign plans. As a Campaign Marketing Manager for Meeting Experience, you understand the business needs, define together with sales and divisional marketing the key objectives and target groups, and develop for these global campaign plans (in other companies also referred to as global marketing plans).  You liaise with the Regional Marketing Leads to complement the global plans with a regional communication - and demand generation plan.
You will be based in our headquarters in Kortrijk, reporting into the VP Corporate Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
• You contribute to your market’s growth, through clearly defined marketing vision and plan
• You translate the sales growth objectives and business priorities into an annual marketing plan for your market
• You work with inhouse and third party creative teams to generate global campaign frameworks, which can be used/localized by the regional marketing teams
• You build data-driven marketing campaigns by segmenting and targeting customers and providing end-to-end campaign management. These global plans will be completed with regional marketing communication and demand generation activities.
• You create thought leadership messaging and content
• You represent Corporate Marketing within the organization of your specific market and as such be the first point of contact for any marketing matter
• You set up and manage project teams to ensure smooth marketing project execution
• You have regular contacts with regional sales & marketing, product management and strategic marketing to stay on-top-of what is happening 
• You maintain clear and frequent communication with all stakeholders and key management
 

 

We are looking for a Barco employee who:
  • You combine a degree in marketing with 10 years of more professional marketing experience, in a broad area of marketing disciplines. 
  • You have worked in tier 1 or tier 2 channel business models and understand how to leverage and empower the channel
  • Having experience in an international, technology-oriented B2B environment is a plus.
  • Having experience with IT managers and their needs is a plus
  • More than a manager, you are a leader that gets things done. You get your energy out of starting up new projects and convincing different stakeholders in the organization at VP level. 
  • You are a skilled project manager, delivering against promise. 
  • You have strong analytical and reporting skills
