As our Marketing Automation Expert, you are the technical expert and product owner of the Marketing Automation Platform. Together with your colleagues of the digital marketing team, segment marketing and the regional marketing teams, you conceptualize, define and develop digital marketing programs for maximum impact. This role is a great opportunity to own a high-impact role in a fun and exciting team.


You are part of the Global Corporate Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing. 

Key Responsibilities
  • You serve as Administrator and Product owner of our Marketing automation platform (Marketo), as well as the ecosystem around it.
  • You define, manage and follow-up the integration of Marketo with third party systems such as our website content management platform and other relevant platforms.
  • You are the first point of contact for technical questions regarding Marketing automation.
  • You define processes and documentation related to the global use of Marketing automation.
  • You ensure at all times compliancy according to the Global Data Privacy Regulation (GDPR).
  • You evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize the Marketing automation platform.
  • You have a good understanding of lead scoring, nurturing, and lead funnel acceleration.
  • You setup dashboards based on Marketing automation data, which resides in our data warehouse.
  • You partner with content and regional marketing teams around the globe, to maximize potential of communications across key customer personas.
  • You make budget recommendations for improvements in the marketing automation landscape.


We are looking for a new employee who...

  • You have a bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, IT or equivalent.
  • You have a good understanding of Marketing Automation (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.), with at least 2-3 years hands-on experience experience as an administrator or heavy user.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of English – both written and verbal.
  • You have the technical background to leverage Marketing Automation capabilities throughout the entire customer journey, resulting in business value. Knowledge of HTML, CSS and scripting is a plus.
  • You have a can-do attitude with demonstrated passion for achievement.
  • You have a strong focus on data quality, an eye for elegant and consistent design, and an instinct for automation (vs. manual one-offs).
  • You are a project manager who works structured, proactively and knows how to schedule priorities.
  • You are able to think strategically with our business stakeholders when needed.
