For our traffic team in Kuurne we are temporary looking for a traffic administrator.

Key responsibilities
  • You fully handle & support Barco's export shipments (worldwide) by preparing required documents & make bookings to nominated freight forwarders. 
  • You handle the admin proces in ERP
  • You handle the customs admin in dedicated Customs Software application
  • You are the link between freight forwarders & internal customers to assure smooth shipment & timely delivery
  • You support any operational or logistics questions from our internal customers
  • You are responsible for post-shipment admin (customs, freight invoices, documentation)

We are looking for a Barco employee who
  • has at least a bachelor's degree
  • has a good knowledge of Dutch & English 
  • has knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • is very punctual, critical, computer minded
  • is stress resistant and flexible to support timely & accurate shipment & admin handling
  • is a teamplayer (as part of traffic team of abt 15 people and link to our internal customers)
  • who is available to work until at least the end of this year
